This is a browser-based coaching simulation built for first-line managers at Gilbert's Pharmacy. This course sample was designed around the idea that participants learn best through active interaction, so the coaching model is explored through an interactive performance review scenario rather than a passive click-through of information. This project was prototyped with HTML in Claude Chat, and Claude Design was used for final polish.
